The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page. Be careful to indicate the correct delivery address when ordering.

If you live with a person, do not forget to write in the address "Care of -person's name-".

If the address indicated is not the correct one, we will not send another article under any circumstances. Please therefore make sure that you have indicated the correct address when placing your order. The same applies if our carrier mentions that the address indicated is not valid.

You must ensure that you have a mailbox visible from the outside with your first and last name written on it in a visible way, as well as the house number if necessary.

You will receive after depositing your order at the Post Office a tracking number. It will allow you to follow the progress of your order. (Beware of certain countries where tracking is impossible. The tracking of your order will therefore stop at the French border.)

North Shaman will therefore be informed of the successful delivery of your order to you. However, we decline all responsibility when it is marked as well delivered to your home. Once the package is marked as delivered, if a theft is made from your mailbox, and the North Shaman package is stolen as a result, the North Shaman company is in no way responsible and has no obligation to return said package. The mailbox is considered the place of your property, and in this case you must refer to your security service (Police, Gendarmerie...)

For international orders, customs is entitled to open the package to check its contents.

Your order could be kept for several days. We cannot act at this level, so delivery times may be extended. In addition, we carefully package your order, both for aesthetics and protection. However, the packaging may be deformed by the opening of the package by customs. We cannot therefore be held responsible for the aesthetics of the packaging.

Depending on the policy of your country, import fees taxes may be requested either upon your order (The North Shaman company has the obligation to transfer this tax to the country concerned) or upon receipt of your order or an additional payment will be requested by your delivery person or the competent authority. The North Shaman company is in no way affected by this tax or its amount, but your country of residence.
