The prices of our products are indicated in euros
In case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable.
The company North Shaman reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of North Shaman until full payment of the price.
As soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the responsibility for loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.
Order confirmation :
Any order appearing on the North Shaman site implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
Payment :
The payment of your order is to be made immediately. An order whose amount has not been paid will be canceled.
The different payments for the North Shaman site are by Credit Card or Paypal (you do not necessarily need to create a Paypal account to pay with).
All items in your order are shipped in one package. We cannot merge two different orders into a single order. It is therefore preferable for you to make a single order.
Withdrawal and return :
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, invoice or a duplicate thereof, return form). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
The item must not be damaged or show signs of use or wear.
Return costs are your responsibility.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company North Shaman will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the type of payment chosen by the company.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :
The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which have been used or damaged by the consumer after delivery.
Refund :
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
If the product on delivery shows signs of breakage or a defect, you have 14 days to contact the company North Shaman to request a refund (delivery costs and price of the item if the order is only one item, or only price of the item if the order is for several articles).
For an order of a single item, the delivery costs will be refund at the height of the delivery costs indicated on the order.
The company North Shaman may request pictures of the item ordered for proof of defect or breakage. Refusal to send a picture as proof results in the non-application of a refund or replacement of the item.
All complaints, requests for replacement or reimbursement must be made by email : contact@north-shaman.com.
Availabilities :
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the North Shaman website and within the limits of available stocks. The stocks available on other sales sites are not applicable on this site.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Each mineral stone being unique, you will receive a random stone depending on the jewelry purchased, and this one will not necessarily be that of the photography.
